Challenge: Our client, a progressive agricultural enterprise, was grappling with the inefficiencies of traditional irrigation methods. Inconsistent water distribution and over-irrigation were hindering crop growth and profitability. The challenge was clear: find a solution to optimise water usage, enhance crop health, and increase overall productivity.

Enter our innovative solution, the 4-Channel Low Power multi-sensor Interface for Industrial Applications. Along with the single-point communication sensors, ellenex offers multi-sensor interfaces based on LoRaWAN, NB IoT, and LTE Cat M1 communication technologies, when multiple sensors need to be connected to the network.

Our RM and RE series of products are configurable options to connect multiple sensors (either Ellenex’s or third-party sensors with 4-20mA, Modbus, etc).

In this way, compared to using 3 or 4 single-point interfaces,

  • The device needs less space to install

  • Installation time and cost are significantly lower

  • The total price of the device for multiple data points is lower

  • All devices will be shipped pre-configured to eliminate the complexities of device setup in the field (of course, you can re-configure the devices)
