How do I choose the right PDT2 pressure range?
Differential Pressure Sensor Frequently Asked Questions
Choose the PDT2 pressure range by matching it to the highest differential pressure your system normally reaches, then selecting the next suitable range (±125, ±250, or ±500Pa) so the sensor operates without overload. Using a range too low risks damage or distorted readings, while choosing one too high reduces measurement resolution. When the expected pressure varies or is not well known, it is safest to pick a slightly higher range to maintain accuracy and long-term reliability.
