If you already have differential pressure transmitter with 4-20mA output (or any other analogue or digital output), we can easily convert it to the IoT sensor with our standard sensors interfaces.  Our differential pressure transmitter's interfaces are are built for seamless integration into modern industrial automation systems. PDT2 is a wireless differential pressure sensor designed for continuous monitoring of air filters, ventilation systems, and critical indoor or outdoor environments. It accurately measures pressure differences across HVAC filters, air handling units (AHUs), and controlled spaces to provide near real-time visibility into airflow performance and pressure integrity. PDT2 is available with LoRaWAN or NB-IoT connectivity, enabling long-range, low-power data transmission without wiring, even in large or hard-to-reach facilities. With its industrial IP66 enclosure and long-life battery, PDT2 is purpose-built for reliable, long-term deployment in commercial, industrial, healthcare, cleanroom, and data center environments.

By continuously tracking differential pressure trends, PDT2 enables condition-based maintenance instead of fixed schedules. Facility teams can identify clogged or degrading filters before airflow drops impact energy efficiency, equipment performance, or air flow in the HVAC system. Automated alerts notify operators when pressure thresholds are approaching or exceeded, reducing manual inspections, unnecessary filter replacements, and emergency maintenance.
