Advanced Pressure Monitoring for Industrial Applications
Industrial Automation for Pressure Transmitters with 4-20mA Output
Integrated Air Flow Meters and Pressure Air Switch Solutions
If you already have differential pressure transmitter with 4-20mA output (or any other analogue or digital output), we can easily convert it to the IoT sensor with our standard sensors interfaces. Our differential pressure transmitter's interfaces are are built for seamless integration into modern industrial automation systems. These IIoT devices ensure high-resolution data transmission and compatibility with advanced monitoring systems. They are ideal for applications such as air flow measurement, filter performance monitoring and ultra low positive / negative pressure monitoring in monitoring systems.

Ellenex also offers state of the art differential pressure sensors for specific applications when air flow meters and pressure air switches are needed in operation and integrated to the cloud services with demand for delivery of reliable performance in challenging environments. These solutions are engineered to handle both low- and high-pressure conditions, making them indispensable for industries such as HVAC, mining, and construction. With robust designs and state-of-the-art connectivity options, our Industrial IoT devices ensure precise control and measurement for a wide range of operations.
PDT2 is a wireless differential pressure sensor designed for continuous monitoring of air filters, ventilation systems, and critical indoor or outdoor environments. It accurately measures pressure differences across HVAC filters, air handling units (AHUs), and controlled spaces to provide near real-time visibility into airflow performance and pressure integrity. PDT2 is available with LoRaWAN or NB-IoT connectivity, enabling long-range, low-power data transmission without wiring, even in large or hard-to-reach facilities. With its industrial IP66 enclosure and long-life battery, PDT2 is purpose-built for reliable, long-term deployment in commercial, industrial, healthcare, cleanroom, and data center environments.
By continuously tracking differential pressure trends, PDT2 enables condition-based maintenance instead of fixed schedules. Facility teams can identify clogged or degrading filters before airflow drops impact energy efficiency, equipment performance, or air flow in the HVAC system. Automated alerts notify operators when pressure thresholds are approaching or exceeded, reducing manual inspections, unnecessary filter replacements, and emergency maintenance. In critical applications such as hospitals, cleanrooms, and isolation rooms, PDT2 supports positive and negative pressure monitoring, helping maintain required pressure differentials and providing a time-stamped data record suitable for audits and compliance reporting.
PDT2 integrates easily into modern IoT and facility monitoring architectures, providing actionable data rather than raw sensor readings. It supports scalable deployments across single buildings or global campuses. Organizations typically start with a 30–60 day paid pilot to validate performance, quantify operational savings, and establish clear success metrics before scaling. PDT2 delivers a practical, low-risk path to improved HVAC efficiency, reduced operational cost, and continuous pressure visibility—without the complexity of wired installations.
